Terms and conditions

No refunds on custom harness work, modifications or parts.

Non-emission compliant. Intended for off-highway competition use only.

Your harness is set up for Stand-Alone use only which in basic terms means the Engine will run and Transmission will function. Due to the complexity of modern vehicles and their control systems, Donor Vehicle functions, conveniences or “nice to haves” are not offered or supported in any way as follows:

Tow-Haul Mode, Tap Shift, Electric Transfer Case Shifting, Axle Engagement, Idle Up, Flex Fuel, Starter Solenoid Control, Park-Neutral Starter Interrupt, Gear Position Indicator, Shifter Interlock, AC Compressor Clutch Control, AC Req Idle-Up, AC Req Fan Control, Cruise Control, Vehicle Lighting, donor vehicle Gauge Clusters or any other donor vehicle features/conveniences.

Any attempts to make the above mentioned systems, conveniences or features function are completely up to the customer and/or the installer.

Buying a new harness online

New one piece harnesses are paid for at checkout through PayPal: with a PayPal account, PayPal Pay Later, or a debit or credit card. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your card details go to PayPal, not to this website.

Each harness ships in its own box by Insured FedEx Ground, $58.63 per harness, to addresses in the continental United States only. International shipping is not offered.

Before paying you confirm the closed-course competition use statement and these terms. Your receipt is emailed to you after payment.

Using this website

Use the website to learn about our services, prepare your harness, and contact the shop. Provide accurate contact and harness details, and submit information only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent.

Do not use the form for spam, impersonation, harmful content, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website.

Paying for a send-in

Send-ins are paid online when you fill in Start Send In: the service you choose, plus insured FedEx Ground return shipping to the continental United States at a fixed $48.44 for a conversion, $59.77 for a conversion with an upper engine harness refresh, or $29.88 for an upper engine harness refresh alone. Return shipping anywhere else is invoiced; international returns go by USPS. Any extra work found at the work order call is invoiced separately.

You receive a receipt and a packing sheet (PDF). Put the packing sheet inside the box with your harness. Payment does not confirm that your harness has arrived or reserve a completion date.

Preparing and shipping your harness

Follow the preparation checklist before shipping. Remove detachable ECMs, TCMs, other modules, sensors, brackets, pedals, and extra jumper sections. Keep battery cables you intend to reuse.

Extra items left attached will be removed and discarded. Contact the shop before sending an item if you are unsure whether it belongs with the harness.

Use the shipping address and instructions on the send-in page, and include your contact details inside the package.

Work orders, payment, and timing

Expect a work order phone call 3–4 business days after your harness arrives. Discuss your setup, requested work, pricing, and timing with the shop during that call.

You pay for your send-in online when you fill in the Start Send In form. Any extra work found at the work order call is invoiced separately.

The turnaround displayed on the website is a current estimate. Confirm the timing for your particular harness with the shop. Your agreed work order and invoice provide the details for that job.

Questions about your job

For changes, cancellations, return questions, or a concern about completed work, contact [email protected] with your contact and work-order details so the shop can review your request.

These website terms do not replace the terms agreed for your work order or limit rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Website content and outside services

You may use the preparation instructions and print the packing sheet for your harness shipment. Website text, photographs, and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Outside websites and video providers have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how the website handles information you submit.
