Information you provide

The optional send-in form collects your name, email address, phone number, and the service you select. You can also provide your engine family, donor engine year, and transmission. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.

We use these details to identify your harness, respond to questions, discuss your work order, and arrange the requested service. The website form does not collect payment-card details or create a customer account.

What happens when you submit the form

When you send a form on this site (Start Send In, Troubleshooting, a Shop order, or Ask a Question), your details are emailed to the shop, and a copy is emailed to the address you enter, using Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes the message to deliver it; see Resend’s privacy policy for information about that provider.

After a successful send-in, your packing sheet is attached to your copy as a PDF and is also shown on screen to print or save using your browser. Printing is your choice. The online form is optional: you can instead put your name, email address, phone number, and return address on paper inside your shipping box.

Browser preferences and technical information

We save your day or night mode preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. The packing form does not save your contact details in that preference storage.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and delivery records, to operate their services and help prevent abuse. This website does not currently include advertising pixels or a visitor analytics tool.

To stop automated spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser to confirm a person is sending the form. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.

Service providers and outside links

Information is handled by the shop and the providers needed to host the website and deliver email. The shop operates in Florida, United States, including when responding to inquiries from outside the United States.

The Explain the Process page includes a YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode. That page loads content from YouTube, and interacting with the player or following an outside link is subject to the provider’s privacy practices. Records and your choices

Submitted details become part of our email correspondence and service records. Clearing your browser does not remove information already sent to the shop.

To ask about information we hold, correct your details, or request deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for ongoing work, resolving disputes, or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
